48 hours, one lake and a lot of coffee

How a weekend idea turned into an AI tool, and why the rocket lifted off again in 2026 with a brand-new engine.

The story behind RankingRakete.ai

RankingRakete.ai is more than just another AI tool for SEO and SEA. It is the result of an ambitious idea and a slightly crazy challenge. Paul Miedl and Fabian Zentel wanted to find out how fast you can build a product with modern AI that genuinely helps businesses become more visible online.

Instead of planning for months, they gave themselves exactly 48 hours. Concept, features, design and the first working prototype, all in one weekend. They holed up in a holiday flat on Lake Constance with a clear vision, powerful AI tools, whiteboards full of sketches and an awful lot of coffee.

What came out was a proof of concept that was also a real minimum viable product: enter a URL and seconds later you have copy for Google Ads or SEO. RankingRakete.ai had lifted off.

2026: relaunched with a new engine

The prototype proved that the idea flies. So in 2026 Paul rebuilt RankingRakete.ai from the ground up:

Faster: a lean, statically served website and our own AI pipeline instead of a chain of no-code automations.
Smarter: Google Gemini writes the copy, and our server checks every result against Google's character limits and fixes it where needed.
Bilingual: interface and results in English and German.
Privacy-friendly: no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no sign-up. Your results stay in your browser. More in our privacy policy.

The goal is the same as at the lake: one URL in, great copy out.
